- Deliver Exceptional Quality : Supervise and oversee residential remodeling projects, conducting final walkthroughs and addressing minor issues to ensure customers are thrilled with their results.
- Build Connections : Work closely with customers, install teams, and vendors to keep projects on track and everyone in the loop.
- Problem Solve on the Fly : Tackle on-site challenges with confidence and creativity to ensure smooth project completion.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly : Schedule inspections, assign projects to install teams, and ensure materials and timelines are perfectly aligned.
- Contribute to Excellence : Train and mentor team members, uphold safety standards, and maintain clear communication with upper management.
- A natural communicator who thrives in customer-facing roles.-Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
