Residential Remodeling Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Residential Remodeling Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a variety of home remodeling services including kitchen, bathroom, basement renovations, and home additions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing and generating new leads and convert them into sales for remodeling projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and basements.
- Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, present remodeling solutions, and provide estimates.
- Develop a deep understanding of the services being offered, including product knowledge and design trends.
- Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining open and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Turn in all required contracts, photos, project selections, and finance paperwork promptly.
- Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay informed on current remodeling industry trends, products, and best practices through continuous learning, including sales training and reading industry resources.
- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilize technology and software to create proposals, manage customer data, and track project progress.
Requirements:
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in custom residential remodeling sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to ask for the sale and exhibit persistence to secure project commitments.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to project completion.
- A positive attitude, team player, and commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning, including attending sales training and staying updated on industry trends.
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn company-specific software for managing sales and projects.
- Knowledge of residential remodeling processes, including construction basics, materials, and finishes.
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance are required for travel to client sites.
