Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new residential customers through door-to-door sales, cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Consultative Sales: Meet with customers to assess their security needs and recommend personalized alarm and monitoring solutions.
- Presentations: Conduct on-site demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our services.
- Sales Goals: Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relations: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction during and after the sales process.
- Follow-Up: Stay in touch with customers to address concerns, upsell services, and request referrals.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide updates to management.
- Prior experience in outside sales, preferably in residential security, home automation, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of alarm systems or home security is a plus but not required.
