We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-end residential remodeling sales, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and exceptional leadership skills. This role requires managing the sales pipeline, refining sales strategies, and building lasting relationships with clients to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and train the sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, designers, and industry professionals.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from client engagement to contract finalization.
• Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Track, analyze, and leverage market trends and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
• Ensure every client interaction aligns with our brand's commitment to excellence and luxury service.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in high-end residential remodeling, luxury real estate, or related industries.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and build strong client relationships.
• Leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.

• Strong understanding of design, construction processes, and luxury market trends.
