Pay Range : $110,000- $120,000 performance bonuses

Job Overview :

AZ Grading & Underground LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team and lead the bidding process for residential and commercial grading, paving, concrete, water, sewer, and storm projects. This role is critical in ensuring that our projects are competitively priced, accurately assessed, and delivered with excellence.     Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Oversee and manage the estimation process for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain accurate pricing and bids.
  • Prepare bid packages and participate in contract negotiations as needed.
  • Monitor and review project progress to ensure alignment with the original estimate.
  • Mentor junior estimators and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and technological advancements.

    • Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience as an estimator in the grading, paving, concrete, or underground utility industries.
  • Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
