Key Responsibilities
We operate 24/7 emergency services, requiring employees to be on-call for 3-4 days approximately once every 3-4 weeks. Emergency calls are compensated at 1.5x or 2x the normal rate, depending on the day.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior leak investigations
- Respond to emergency fire and flood damages
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and structural issues
- Work independently and collaboratively on various carpentry projects
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Must have a van or truck capable of carrying up to a 32' ladder
- Willingness to participate in on-call emergency rotations
- Problem-solving skills with mechanical and construction knowledge
- Friendly, calm demeanor to assist customers during stressful emergencies
