Based out of Woodstock, IL, you'll have the opportunity to travel across the Midwest, ensuring that athletic equipment at schools, stadiums, and recreation centers is safe, operational, and ready for action. This role combines physical activity, problem-solving, and customer interaction, making it perfect for those who are skilled with tools, comfortable working at heights, and excited to travel for work.Who We Are : FaciliServ, a family-founded business now nationally recognized, specializes in athletic facility service, including the repair, maintenance, and inspection of bleachers and gym equipment. Our commitment to quality and employee well-being sets us apart as we expand in this exciting field.Key Responsibilities : -Regional Travel : Extensive travel across the Midwest with overnight stays; all driving time is compensated.-Customer Engagement : Consult directly with clients to assess and troubleshoot equipment issues on-site.-Equipment Maintenance : Inspect, repair, and maintain gym and bleacher equipment to meet safety and operational standards.-Safety at Heights : Perform tasks on structures ranging from 20-50 feet, using ladders, lifts, and safety equipment.-Documentation : Accurately record work performed, materials used, and customer interactions for each project.-Physical Tasks : Engage in lifting, crawling, bending, and other physical activities essential for maintenance work.Is This You?-Hands-On Experience : Experience in carpentry, welding, electrical work, or mechanical fields is a plus.
