Job Overview
We are seeking Bi-lingual Commuter Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Responsible for all correspondence by phone, e-mail, fax, etc. from clients.
- Responsible for all fare media order processing accurately and promptly; assist with web orders, daily manifest, calling and/or checking outgoing packages, filing, preparing envelopes, bank deposits and mail runs.
- Must communicate effectively with customers and staff, perform any clerical duties, and utilize all available resources to ensure complete customer service satisfaction and overall efficiency within the department.
- Cross-train with staff to continue employment development and growth.
- Serve as first point of contact when addressing customer inquiries with prompt, courteous and professional correspondence.
- Obtain adequate facts using good judgment in finding solutions to problems.
- Maintain client accounts with the most current information.
- Provide assistive duties in a back-up capacity accurately and promptly as needed.
- Perform other operational requirements, such as processing allocations, as needed while keeping the Manager informed on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- MUST BE VERY DETAILED ORIENTED
- Proficiency in computerized systems for order processing and data entry
- Previous experience in Banking, inventory, accounts receivable preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with call center operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong client services orientation
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support

- Directly responsible to the Manager of CIC.
Qualifications
- Bi-Lingual Candidates only
- High school graduate or equivalent, preferably has attended a two-year business college program.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Ability to multitask and handle interruptions.
- Knowledge of Department Technologies, Procedures and Practices.
- Knowledge of full Microsoft Office Suite Software.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
