May be exposed to variable weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.

Essential Functions
- Communicate regularly with the sales team to assist with data entry, updates, and accuracy within the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and maintaining sales records.
- Support the setup and improvement of business processes within the CRM, ensuring efficient workflow and data integrity.
- Monitor CRM data quality, proactively identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies.
- Analyze sales data and build insightful CRM reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to streamline sales processes and enhance overall business efficiency.
- Assist in designing, documenting, and implementing new business processes that align with company initiatives and goals.
- Support training efforts by creating CRM process documentation and conducting basic user training sessions.
- M aintain and organize sales "SWAG," including inventory management, ordering, and distribution coordination.
- Some college in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales support, business analysis, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and business operations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
