Junior Sales Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Sales Analyst to support our sales operations and enhance business processes within our CRM system. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  ​   Essential Functions Communicate regularly with the sales team to assist with data entry, updates, and accuracy within the CRM system. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and maintaining sales records. Support the setup and improvement of business processes within the CRM, ensuring efficient workflow and data integrity. Monitor CRM data quality, proactively identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies. Analyze sales data and build insightful CRM reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to streamline sales processes and enhance overall business efficiency. Assist in designing, documenting, and implementing new business processes that align with company initiatives and goals. Support training efforts by creating CRM process documentation and conducting basic user training sessions. Maintain and organize sales "SWAG," including inventory management, ordering, and distribution coordination.​   Minimum Qualifications Some college in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 0-2 years of experience in sales support, business analysis, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights. Basic understanding of sales processes and business operations. ​Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.   Physical Demands  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and see. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hand to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Frequent lifting required of items 5-25 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites. Conditions will include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Subject to frequent heavy lifting.
