Work Environment
This job operates in both a professional office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites. Conditions will include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Subject to frequent heavy lifting. May be exposed to variable weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.

Essential Functions
- Process Requests for Shipping
- Process picking slips for jobs to be packed/Stock requisitions to be pulled
- Manage Orders Actions
- Monitor and facilitate Charlotte Warehouse email requests
- Maintain shipment management to ensure shipments are completed
- Manage POD application.
- Initiate Shipment within app
- Help manage and maintain Cook and Boardman fleet.
- Print Barcodes for QA
- Verify Signatures and make corrections when necessary.
- Work with Warehouse Manager to be liaison between Sales force and warehouse shipping needs
- Collaborate with team members to evaluate/implement process and procedures
- Any other duties assigned by Warehouse Manager
- Other relative duties as assigned
- High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
- Current and valid US driver’s license preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
- At least 1 years of experience in similar position preferred
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Knowledge of architectural door materials and hardware
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills – proper use of company issued devices
- Ability to do arithmetic, read orders, write instructions and complete forms
- Ability to work closely and cordially with other staff associates
