Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for an analytically driven professional to develop expertise in both business intelligence (BI) reporting and AI-assisted data analytics in a secure, monitored AI environment.
While prior experience with all technologies listed below is not required, this role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analytics, reporting, and business technology who is eager to learn advanced AI concepts, secure computing, and next generation reporting techniques.
As part of a mentorship-driven team, this role will receive direct guidance from the CTO and BI leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI tools, federated learning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks in a structured, learning-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting (50%)
· Develop and optimize reports using tools like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau and SQL-based analytics.
· Extract and analyze data from Field Finance (Salesforce-powered; SOQL, Apex, API integrations).
· Improve data pipelines, dashboards, and automation workflows for decision-making.
· Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with CFA and SAFE AI guidelines.
AI Room & Data Intelligence (50%) (No AI/ML expertise required - training will be provided)
· Assist in modeling agentic AI analytics tools for querying archived loan and financial data.
· Launch leading-edge financial services solutions with RAG to gain real-time context
· Gain exposure to prompt engineering, token diversity, top-p sampling, and beam search for AI-generated insights.
· Support confidential computing and federated learning for secure AI practices and advanced General Intelligence agents
· Collaborate on domain-specific AI agents, transforming general AI models into business-focused tools to support staff
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Sciences or equivalent of relevant work experience.
· 3-5 years in BI/analytics roles (preferably in banking, fintech, ag lending, or credit analysis).
· Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SOQL, and Salesforce (Field Finance).
· Comfort with APIs, APEX, or Python (or willingness to learn).
· Familiarity with Azure, secure computing, and AI-driven reporting techniques (training provided).
· A natural curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies in AI-assisted BI.
