REQUIRED - PLEASE READ:
- Required to work at our corporate office 2x/week to process mail, and other week days as business needs dictate. May also be required to travel to other Cleveland area office locations as business needs dictate. The remainder of the work week is spent remotely at your home office.
- Must live within the Cleveland, Ohio metro area - no more than 40-min commute to our corporate office in Independence.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 20-24 hours per week between the hours of 8:30a and 5:00p - open to decide exact hours to set a schedule.
- Compensation: $26 per hour (non-negotiable).
- 3 years Office Administration experience in all of the following areas: executive leadership support, basic accounting & data entry, technology support, recruiting and on-boarding, payroll and benefits processing, general office administration, project management support.
- Must speak English.
- Must have the ability to work remotely from home with a dedicated home office space free from noise and distraction, away from others in the home for confidentiality. Experience working remotely from home is preferred. A company computer and other necessary equipment/supplies provided.
Summary: We are looking for a team oriented, customer service focused administrative assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting a wide variety of administrative, accounting, team & customer support functions. All communications, interactions, and tasks must be completed in a professional and accountable manner, as well as be accurate, timely, efficient, and effective with a constant view for the future performance of the team.
Responsibilities: As a critical member of The Coral Company team, a few of the primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, mail processing, recruiting support, new hire orientation & training, vendor account management, invoice & expense processing, back-up support for IT, HR, payroll, & benefits, and corporate office administrative tasks.
Experience: The primary skills required for this position include exceptional experience with the Microsoft Office suite and basic office technology, recruiting and HR support functions, communication, teamwork, organization, time management, responsiveness, and a desire to learn.
