What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager - partial remote position at The Coral Company?
- APPLY ONLY IF YOU CURRENTLY LIVE WITHIN the CLEVELAND, OHIO metro area.
- MUST be able to travel to community locations throughout Cleveland and surrounding metro area, as business needs dictate (typically a few times per week), and to our corporate office in Independence, Ohio as required on occasion. You will be reimbursed for mileage to our community locations.
- Salary, exempt = $55,000 (non-negotiable).
- Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with an unpaid hour for lunch. However, you will be expected to work some week day evenings for client board meetings, and respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years of external-facing, high-volume customer service experience.
- REQUIRED: must have a dedicated work space and high-speed internet connection to work from home.
- REQUIRED: must speak English.
- REQUIRED: must pass a criminal & credit history background screening prior to hire.
- REQUIRED: must possess a valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Primary Responsibilities (relevant job experience REQUIRED):
- Provide outstanding customer service to owners, guests, and the communities in general.
- Assist the property manager with management responsibilities relating to customer service, physical community upkeep and safety, and financial responsibilities.
- High-level Microsoft Office Suite experience and skill-set are required (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Respond to and resolve owner issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with budgeting and planning.
- Assist with banking, financial planning and performance.
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist with obtaining proposals and managing vendors.
- Help enforce property and associations' rules and regulations.
- Training and the majority of work for this position is completed through Zoom video calls, e-mail, and phone calls. There are occasional business needs that will require you to go on-site to a community within the Cleveland metro area, and our corporate office in Independence.
