Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team at our Luau's. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience, from setting up the buffet line and beverages with professionalism and care.
Duties
- Set the food line and and beverages up in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our luau dining standards.
- Assist with catering events and banquets as needed, working collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and managing the flow of service.
- Provide attentive service throughout the meal, checking in with leads and kitchen to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines during food preparation and service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification is a plus.
- Experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
- A willingness to learn about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
