Duties:
-Assist CBRF Director in daily operations
-Answer/direct phone callsGreet Families and Outside Providers
-Daily interaction with Care staff
-New employee orientationTours of facility/campus

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of or ability to learn WI Dept of Heath Services Regulations
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
