Title: Project Coordinator, Regional Recovery Hub Grant
Reports To: PRO-ACT Director
Classification: Exempt, Full time
Summary: The Project Coordinator for the Regional Recovery Hub Grant will work in partnership with recovery community leaders to conduct ongoing needs assessment through surveys and focus groups and provide technical assistance to organizations providing recovery supports that will enhance and promote recovery within the region
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
· Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check, The Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance and FBI Criminal History Background Check required
· CRS certification required
· Current valid driver’s license and motor vehicle with ability to travel on Council’s behalf for outreach and programming
· Recognizes the importance of supporting multiple pathways to recovery
Essential Duties:
- Planning, implementation, and oversite as it relates to the Regional Recovery Hub grant deliverables
- Effective supervision and management of daily operations
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase regional recovery support workforce capacity and expertise through training and education
- Establish and maintain relationships with various partners to ensure promotion and expansion of recovery support services within the region
- Provide technical assistance to recovery organizations within the region
- Organize and Host Regional Recovery Celebration
responsibilities:
Oversee all Recovery Hub Grant deliverables
Supervise, support, and evaluate performance of Recovery Hub Staff to ensure project objectives and deliverables are met.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with partners and county stakeholders
Conduct focus groups to initiate relationship building with the RSS community in the region
Completion of Needs Assessment surveys for support in the development of strategic plan
Implementation of approved strategic plan and report on outcomes
Provide technical assistance to recovery organizations within the region in programmatic, administrative, and operational functions
Maintain records, project logs, and data collection. Prepare and submit required reports
Plan, coordinate and organize community events
Meet or exceed projects goals and deliverables, positively impacting members of the recovery community and their families
Routine correspondence, assistance with projects/mailings, flyers, preparation, and support for trainings/meetings
Other duties as directed by Executive Director and/or Management Staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
