Position Summary:
The Support Services Manager will oversee the staffing, organization, and efficient operation of the club’s support services. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and fostering a positive work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management & Staffing: Recruit, hire, and lead a diverse team to support club operations. Provide mentorship and guidance, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure effective scheduling, task delegation, and team cohesion
- Organizational Oversight: Ensure efficient scheduling, task delegation, and operational workflows across departments
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between staff and leadership, ensuring clear, open, and effective communication
- Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively to maintain seamless service delivery
- Member & Guest Relations: Foster positive relationships with members and guests, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded
