Position Title : Electrician / Mechanical Technician
Position Reports to : Director and Assistant Director of Facilities
Employee Category : Full time Year-Round, Benefit Eligible
FLSA Category : Non-exempt, hourly
The Country Club is seeking an Electrician / Mechanical Technician to assist with the maintenance, repair and improvement of various Club facilities and equipment. Under the direction of the Facilities Director, performs maintenance and routine upkeep of building equipment and implements systems to prioritize, plan and deliver services to maintain Club facilities.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Ability to diagnose and implement repairs to electrical systems, ventilation systems, HVAC systems, miscellaneous mechanical related items.
- Daily Electrical / HVAC maintenance requirements including, planning, and scheduling.
- Ability to diagnose, and resolve basic electrical systems, mechanical equipment, mechanical system controls.
- Performs maintenance, troubleshooting and routine upkeep of building equipment.
- Assist with maintaining energy management system for the property’s HVAC systems.
- Assist with inventory control.
- Prioritizes tasks to provide the highest level of quality for cost effective maintenance and repair and upkeep of Club facilities.
- Assists Director and Assistant Director in developing short-term and long-term requirements for repair and maintenance, capital replacement.
- Completes other appropriate tasks assigned by the Director and Assistant Director of Facilities
