Job Description:

The Country Sweep is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a professional with exceptional phone etiquette, outstanding organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in the home service industry is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Management: Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organize and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate with staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, supply ordering, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Oversee and process invoices, payments, and other basic accounting functions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to team members, ensuring smooth communication and operations between the office and field.
  • Office Organization: Maintain an orderly office environment, including physical and digital filing systems.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on office activities, client communications, and project statuses.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication practices
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends

Work Location: In person
