Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established standards of quality and presentation.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions and calculating bills accurately.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
