This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Insurance Specialist located in Lewisburg, PA. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing customer issues and concerns, answering phone calls and emails, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to multitask and solve problems while providing great customer service.
