What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at The Cove Church?
The Front Desk Receptionist at The Cove Church will play a role in welcoming and engaging with church attenders and visitors. They will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to Introduce our friends to Jesus, Learn to follow Him, and Celebrate His presence in our lives. They will be the first point of contact for guests during the week at the building and on the phone.

Primary Responsibilities
- Be present at the front desk and visible to visitors during business hours from Monday through Thursday.
- Receive and handle packages for The Cove Church.
- Welcome and assist visitors, connecting them with the staff that they need.
- Assist Mooresville Campus Staff as needed during scheduled hours in preparation for weekends and special events.
- Assist Central Guest Services/Connections Staff as needed during scheduled hours to inventory items and distribute them to all campuses.
- Assist with communication between outside vendors and The Cove Church.
Personal Responsibilities

- Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of The Cove Church employees, as defined by The Ministry Policy Manual and Staff Handbook.
- Faithfully tithing consistently at least 10% of all personal income to God’s work through The Cove Church.
