More information about TA can be found at The firm is seeking a motivated Coordinator to join our lean Communication team, working directly with the Head of Communications and Communications Associate in the Boston office. This role will support a range of critical communications activities including firm branding, content creation, PR initiatives and internal communications.The Coordinator will also be responsible for managing the team’s administrative functions, maintaining digital platforms (e.g., website, intranet, social media), and coordinating with external vendors. The role provides a unique opportunity to explore all facets of in-house communications and marketing in an exciting environment.Key Responsibilities : Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, project tracking and other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Communications team.Manage ongoing updates to the Firm’s website and intranet, ensuring timely and accurate content refreshes.Support Communications Associate with the drafting and development of social content, as well as the maintenance of Firm social media channels.Manage the Firm’s database of visual assets including headshots, group photography, and video content, and support in-office and event photography and videography.Support the creation and upkeep of design and marketing collateral to align with the Firm’s branding and strategic positioning, including business cards, stationery, digital graphics, presentations, etc.Handle the accurate and timely processing of invoices, coordinate vendor payments, maintain accurate records for budget and compliance purposes.Serve as a day-to-day contact to key external vendors, including photographers, web developers, graphic designers and printers, among others.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials; a major in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field is a plus.Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a professional environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Superior writing and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and a willingness continuously refine skillset.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence.
