Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Execution
- Develop, write, and design engaging, high-quality content tailored to various client brands and industries.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of social media campaigns, ensuring all content aligns with strategy and brand voice.
- Craft compelling headlines, captions, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and audience growth.
- Adapt content to different platforms, ensuring best practices for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, refining content strategies based on analytics.
- Monitor key performance indicators using social media analytics tools, providing insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Assist in SEO-driven content strategies, ensuring blog posts, social copy, and digital assets contribute to visibility and traffic.
Brand & Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to online engagement, helping maintain strong brand reputations for both our clients and our agency.
- Support award submissions, press opportunities, and digital reputation initiatives.
- Ensure branding is consistent across websites, email marketing, social media, and digital collateral.
Multi-Platform Support & Client Collaboration
- Work across multiple client accounts, adjusting messaging and visual content to fit each unique brand identity.
- Assist in the production of client proposals, pitch decks, and digital marketing materials.
- Support photography and videography projects, ensuring high-quality content is captured for marketing use.
What You Bring
Creative & Strategic Thinking: You know how to develop content that’s both visually compelling and strategically effective.
Marketing & Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Drip, Constant Contact, Etc.
Analytical Mindset: Experience with social media analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies.
Strong Writing Ability: Exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for brand voice.
Organized & Adaptable: Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic agency setting.
Team-Oriented Approach: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
