Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content for multiple clients across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Write compelling copy, captions, and CTAs that boost engagement, drive traffic, and reinforce brand voice.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and strategic brand storytelling.
- Adapt and optimize content for each platform’s best practices, keeping up with trends and algorithm changes.
Promotional Email & Campaign Management
- Strategize, write, and design promotional email campaigns that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Manage email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Drip, Constant Contact, etc.) to build and execute email sequences, newsletters, and automations.
- Monitor email performance analytics, A/B test subject lines and content, and optimize for higher open and conversion rates.
Brand Growth & Engagement
- Monitor and engage with online communities, ensuring timely responses and audience interaction.
- Implement reputation management strategies, tracking brand sentiment and engagement metrics.
- Assist in content-driven marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations and UGC initiatives.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Track social media and email marketing KPIs, using data insights to refine content and improve engagement.
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for content strategy adjustments.
- Assist in SEO-driven content strategies, ensuring blog posts, social copy, and digital assets contribute to visibility and traffic.
