Director of Creative Arts...this full-time 40-hour week position leader-of-leaders position is responsible for leading and directing our Production teams primarily in the areas of staffing and budgeting for our weekend production teams and creative arts team. The Director position is one of the key vision keepers for the Production ministry at The Crossing and will work in conjunction with Leadership Team & Spiritual Oversight Team and campus pastors to ensure all campuses are staffed, led, and resourced well to accomplish our vision.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the vision, strategy and direction of the tech, music, broadcast departments
- Oversee long-range planning and budget to ensure the departments are effectively staffed and have the resources needed to accomplish goals and objectives
- Design and maintain an obsolescence plan (capital outlay budget) for tech, music, and broadcast equipment across all campuses
- In partnership with the Executive Producer, lead the way in communication between the production ministry, Leadership Team, and other Crossing ministries
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years' experience
- Self-starter
- High leadership ceiling
- Humble, flexible, teachable, and trustworthy
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Ability to “see down the field” and move the ministry towards tangible goals
- Strong understanding of production, broadcast and music in the church setting
- Highly administrative
