Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full procurement process, from obtaining accurate vendor quotes to placing orders and tracking deliveries
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and inventory using procurement software
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and budget tracking
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Considerable experience in procurement, logistics, or purchasing within the design or related industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency and multiple years of experience using Studio Designer
