About The Role:
The Crowd is excited to be partnering with a leading architecture and design firm known for delivering complex, high-profile projects across a range of sectors. This firm is expanding its team and seeking a Project Administrator to support key initiatives in its Los Angeles office.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in construction administration, project coordination, and document management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries. This role offers the opportunity to play a crucial part in keeping projects on schedule and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence three days per week. The role starts as a six-month contract with the potential to transition to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support for the team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication
- Assist with construction administration tasks, including document management, submittals, RFIs, and tracking project progress
- Coordinate schedules, project timelines, and key deliverables while liaising with internal teams and external consultants
- Support financial tracking, including budget monitoring, invoicing, and contract administration
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Experience with healthcare projects is highly desirable, particularly in navigating the complexities of healthcare design and construction administration
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in construction administration, preferably within architecture, engineering, or construction firms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
