Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams with a range of admin tasks - including organizing presentations and tracking project documentation
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, flagging updates or shifts to internal teams and helping to maintain timelines
- Coordinate communications between clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep everything moving forward
- Assist with travel planning, meeting scheduling, and expense tracking for key studio leaders
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 5 years' experience supporting project/studio admin within the interior design or architecture industry
- Familiarity with financial/project tracking software - Deltek experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize across multiple deadlines
- Professional, friendly communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
