About the Role:
We are looking a skilled Automation Specialist to optimize collaboration and reporting tools for the Strategic Planning/PMO team. This role emphasizes efficiency and transparency across project management and operational teams.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize workflows and processes using tools like Atlassian (Trello, Jira, Confluence), Slack, and G Suite.
- Automate tasks and create dashboards for reporting and data visualization.
- Provide training, coaching, and support on collaboration tools.
- Manage tool governance, security policies, and user access.
- Evaluate new tools and implement solutions that add business value.
Skills & Traits:
- 5 years of experience with Atlassian tools.
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Unito) and scripting languages is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence across levels and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Atlassian certifications are a plus.
