Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations/Transactions Processor to join the Core Operations - Returns Team in O,Fallon.MO. This is a production-focused role responsible for processing financial returns related to credit cards, checks, and ACH transactions. The position requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process returns for various financial products, including credit card transactions, checks, and ACH payments.
- Ensure all transactions are handled in compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in returned transactions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of processed transactions and generate reports as required.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous experience in operations, transaction processing, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume processing.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
