Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a solid technical foundation in Chemical Engineering or a related field to support our petrochemical business. This position combines technical expertise with customer engagement, focusing on delivering exceptional order management, technical consultation, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise on petrochemical products, applications, and regulatory requirements.
- Order & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage order processing, logistics, and inventory to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Issue Resolution & Compliance: Respond to product inquiries, resolve customer challenges, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Business Support: Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to enhance efficiency and drive customer success.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years in customer service, sales support, or technical roles within the petrochemical, oil & gas, or chemical industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of petrochemical products, applications, and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, REACH) is preferred.
