CSI Companies is hiring a HR Operations Specialist II for our healthcare client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is Central Florida's leading provider of Trauma and Emergency Care! Hours : Monday-Friday, 40 hours / week, standard business hours
Location : 100% onsite for training; then remote - Orlando, FL 32806
Pay : $22-26 / hr. based on experience and education
Position Type : Contract to Hire Job Summary :
The Human Resources Operations Specialist II is responsible for administering the processing of human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position involves processing HR-related transactions and providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies. The specialist serves as a key resource for internal teams and leadership, ensuring seamless HR operations and effective use of HR systems. Job Responsibilities :
- Provide information and assistance to departmental users, enabling proper utilization of HR management systems.
- Administer the processing of personal, job, and position-related data in the HRIS, resolving any issues that arise.
- Perform high-level HR transactions within the designated functional area.
- Serve as a resource for leadership, providing guidance on proper HR procedures during departmental meetings.
- Collaborate with finance departments to ensure compliance with established guidelines within functional areas.
- Administer special compensation programs where applicable, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Provide support, training, and assistance to HR and organizational team members and leadership.
- Ensure communication with customers and stakeholders is clear, accurate, and timely, utilizing Orlando Health policies and relevant laws.
- Conduct audits and regular analysis of tasks to ensure service goals are met and resolve issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
- Advise users to meet their HR needs while maintaining HRIS database integrity.
- Run and distribute reports according to established guidelines; assist in developing custom reports as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Track and report trends and developments within the functional area.
- Contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives.
- Seek continuous improvement in departmental operations and processes.
- Attend meetings / in-services and present information in departmental and other organizational meetings.
- Familiarize customers with HR procedures, processes, and time frames.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all company information.
- Assume responsibility for ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Assist other HR Solution Center functional areas as needed.
