Job Responsibilities:
- Reimbursement Contract Build and Management
- Lead and execute reimbursement contract build activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and reimbursement policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Attend meetings with managers, team leads, and other relevant departments to provide insights and recommendations for build changes and enhancements.
- Build Coordination: Work closely with other IT analysts to coordinate and align build efforts across teams, ensuring a cohesive and efficient system configuration.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of build activities, updates, and modifications to support ongoing monitoring and compliance.
- Testing and Validation: Perform testing and validation for contract builds to ensure accuracy and functionality, addressing any identified issues before implementation.
- System Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for reimbursement build issues, collaborating with IT and operational teams as needed.
- Training and Guidance: Offer guidance and training to other team members on Epic contract build processes and system updates.
- Epic certification (PB Reimbursement Contracts)
- Experience with reimbursement contract builds within Epic or similar healthcare IT systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
