The CUP Lab® provides carcass ultrasound interpretation for beef producers, rooted in accuracy and integrity.
The CUP Lab® is the largest third-party unbiased interpreter of carcass ultrasound images in the world ensuring customers superior service and the most reliable and accurate ultrasound information available. We have spent years working to improve all aspects of the technology and have become the standard in carcass data collection on live beef cattle. UGC certified field technicians capture images and barnsheet information chute side using The CUP Lab® software which is then transmitted to the lab via the internet. Once we receive the session of images and barn sheet information our experienced UGC certified lab technicians interpret the ultrasound images and ultimately report data to the end customer. The entire process is accomplished using our exclusive state of the art database program and interpretation software.
Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry and document management.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
