What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Outside Sales position at The Cure Co?
The Cure Company is a premier Cannabis brand based in in the DTLA Arts District Area. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for B2B sales in the greater Southern California region, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernadino, San Diego and Palm Springs.
Responsibilities:
Actively pursue new accounts in your assigned territory
Maintain communication with accounts including throughout the ordering and delivery process
Generate quality leads by means of web research, attending expos, events and networking
Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager and distribution team
Actively participate in resolving Accounts Receivable issues to keep accounts current
Visit all clients, in person, on a regular basis during normal business hours
Travel within your territory visiting accounts while evaluating brand performance
Continually monitor account sales and inventory
Correspond closely with accounts through outgoing/incoming sales calls and emails
Attend industry trade shows as required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in outside sales
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are mandatory
At least 21 years old
Engaging, persuasive and approachable personality
Strong relationship building skills
Great time management and organizational skills
Ability to meet new people and promote our brand in a competitive environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Appreciation of and enthusiasm for cannabis culture preferred
Experience in CRM system use preferred
Pay:
$17 / hourly + commission
Reimbursement for mileage and other approved expenses
