Shift Leader Responsibilities and Duties: Shift Leaders take responsibility for all aspects of the store including but not limited to:
- Store sales
- Passion for food and quality of service
- Inspire team and lead by example with all aspects of the restaurant
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of entire location
- Provide best in class customer satisfaction
- Team building with positive culture and environment
- Inventory/ cash management
- Participate in local marketing initiatives
- Food cost control
- Problem solve and troubleshoot issues
- Embody values and mission of Jersey Mike’s culture
General Manager Qualifications and Skills:
- Dependable transportation
- Willing to complete 10-week off-site training
- 1 year food experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner who can multi-task
- Dependable and punctual
- Focused and task oriented
- Must be a great leader
