Job Summary
Looking for an Audit/Finance Administrative Runner to provide primary support to the Audit and Finance team while maintaining a high level of confidentiality with all aspects of information shared with discretion and a strong ethical framework. The Audit/Finance Administrative Runner will interact with various personalities professionally around all three main casino properties.

The Audit/Finance Administrative Runner will interact with various personalities professionally around all three main casino properties.
Essential Job Functions
- Primary responsibility of supporting the Audit and Finance team
- Coordinate interoffice mail pick-ups and deliveries within our properties
- Sort through all mail including legal, meter, and weigh mail as needed
- Filing and sorting through general administrative paperwork within the Audit and Finance departments
- Excel tracking and logging of daily tasks
- Other related duties as assigned
- Must be flexible, detail oriented, able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, and organizational skills
- Strong communication with all levels of management as well as guests
- Must have the ability to maintain professionalism in various business and social settings while still be outgoing and friendly
- Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google, Cell Phone Apps) and office machines (copy/fax machines)
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
- Flexibility to work extended hours including late shifts, weekends, and holiday work hours as required
- High School graduate or equivalent; some college preferred
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
- Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping
- These tasks will include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
- Constant contact with fellow Team Members
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
