WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
You’ll collaborate with a global team and work with teams across the globe on a variety of cross-functional projects and procedures, which may include operational tasks related to the employee lifecycle and experience (e.g., background checks, onboarding, transfers, employee perks, Workday processing, and departures) and initiatives to enhance and improve our internal workflows.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience are required. Experience in or exposure to a human capital function is preferred.
- The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and high attention to detail are a must.
- Applicants with proven operational and project management skills will thrive in this role.
- Experience with Human Capital systems, including Workday, is preferred.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
