WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of experience in, or exposure to, a human capital function and human capital systems (e.g., Workday) are required.
- Expertise in automating work processes, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and visualizing large data sets, and experience with basic programming languages (e.g., Python) are essential. A familiarity with and interest in generative AI is preferred.
- Utmost discretion handling confidential information and high attention to detail are a must, as are proven operational and project management skills in a high-volume environment.
- A willingness and ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, consistently meet deadlines, and recommend continuous process improvements, would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, judgment, and stakeholder management are required.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $140,000 to $180,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
