You’ll collaborate on a variety of complex cross-functional projects and processes, which may include driving initiatives to streamline and optimize workflows, leveraging the latest technologies to solve operational challenges, and performing tasks related to the employee life cycle and experience (e.g., compensation analysis and reporting, internal mobility processes, and employee perks).

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of experience in, or exposure to, a human capital function and human capital systems (e.g., Workday) are required.
- Expertise in automating work processes, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and visualizing large data sets, and experience with basic programming languages (e.g., Python) are essential. A familiarity with and interest in generative AI is preferred.
- Utmost discretion handling confidential information and high attention to detail are a must, as are proven operational and project management skills in a high-volume environment.
- A willingness and ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, consistently meet deadlines, and recommend continuous process improvements, would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, judgment, and stakeholder management are required.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $140,000 to $180,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
