Data Entry/Administrative Assistant – Kirksville, MO

We are looking to hire a Data Entry/Administrative Assistant for The Dahlberg Group, LLC System Point of Entry (SPOE) for Region 3 office in Kirksville, MO. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Must possess efficient time management skills and good organizational skills
- Must have good communication skills - verbal and written.
Examples of job duties:
- Assist with required SPOE administrative, operational, and record keeping requirements.
- Responsible for answering the phone, taking referrals,(phone/email/mail, etc.), entering referrals in Web system, filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- The data entry staff provides assistance to service coordinators in the required data entry and record keeping activities.
Job Type: Full-time
