Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structured off-leash adventure hikes for 3-6 dogs at a time.
- Ensure safety, engagement, and structure during hikes using recall and training techniques.
- Transport dogs safely to and from designated locations.
- Monitor group dynamics and proactively manage behavior on trails.
- Follow individualized training plans to reinforce obedience and social skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for dogs and transport areas.
- Take photos/videos for social media and client updates.
- Administer basic canine first aid if needed.
- Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience handling off-leash dogs professionally (dog hiking, pack walking, training, or similar).
- Confident working with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
- Excellent recall and pack management skills – must be comfortable managing a group in outdoor settings. Previous experience with e-collar work is a plus!
- Reliable, responsible, and proactive with strong communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable SUV or crossover vehicle to transport dogs safely.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of dog body language and behavior.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-Time: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-3 PM (Room for growth to full-time for the right fit).
- Compensation: $15-$18/hour, depending on experience.
- $0.70/mile reimbursement when transporting dogs.

Location: Must be local to the Seacoast, NH area as we service the surrounding towns. Our service area spans: Portsmouth, Rye, North Hampton, Greenland, Stratham, and Exeter.
