Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing tabs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar or during events.
- Provide excellent hospitality by creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
