The Darda Group is looking for a showing assistant, a vital member of our team who helps our buyers get access to the homes they wish to see. This is largely a service-oriented position where your energy, positivity, and personality will shine. The Darda Group works hard and likes to have fun while doing just that. We list and sell residential real estate and are looking to grow our market share in Lee County, Florida. Essential Functions:
- Assist agents by showing homes to their buyers
- Attend on-site property inspections with potential buyers and vendors
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc.
- Ability to work from a script
- Professional in attitude, appearance and demeanor
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible availability
- Excellent driving record
- Excellent communication time management, and organization skills
- Must be able to work physically in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to work independently
- Must love a fun team culture!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 15 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
