Maintenance Technician (part time) Condos

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for one of our condominium properties.
Duties Include:
The Maintenance Technician will maintain the cleanliness and the physical integrity of the property.
In addition, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to all resident requests for maintenance service courteously and professionally; following through on completion of these work requests; communicating with residents regarding problem work requests and making the necessary arrangements to resolve the problems.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of and the ability to perform hands-on general maintenance work in appliance/equipment repair, minor electrical repair, plumbing, and basic carpentry.
Other requirements and responsibilities include snow removal, shoveling/salting, able to lift up to 50 pounds, availability for "on-call" rotation every other week, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
Reliable transportation and must pass a drug test.

- Typical outside work environment (frequent standing, walking, lifting and/or operating powered equipment using proper safety techniques or tools).
- Some overtime required (on-call, weekends, 24hr emergency, etc.)

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
