Facilities Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff hiring, training, task assignment, and performance management.
• Provide guidance to ensure tasks and deadlines are met and establish goals for professional development.
• Monitor team performance to improve efficiency and resolve issues.

Operations:

• Manage facility maintenance, including equipment and systems upkeep, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead and support maintenance teams, coordinate with external contractors, and manage security systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, perform regular inspections, and oversee facilities’ repair and maintenance.

Safety:

• Follow and enforce environmental, health, and safety policies, ensuring safe work practices and reporting hazards promptly.
• Ensure adherence to lockout/tagout and fall protection protocols.

Product Safety and Quality:

• Maintain product safety and quality standards, including GMPs for food contact materials.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with 3 years in a leadership role. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Track record of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with project management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus/Valued: CFM Certification
