Responsibilities
The Materials Planning Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Scheduling production using Microsoft Dynamics (D365)
- Maintaining all planning parameters
- Reviewing and managing exception messages
- Communicating with commercial teams, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Leading and driving supply planning and review
- Supporting business execution of new programs and initiatives
- Driving improvement in inventory strategies
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Reconciling annual demand plans with supply plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in business or supply chain) or High School Diploma equivalent experience required.
- 5 years' experience in demand and/or supply planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong MRP knowledge and background.
- Working knowledge and experience with ERP and MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
