We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact in the sales process—qualifying leads, identifying decision-makers, and helping drive business opportunities for our clients. If you're comfortable on the phone, love talking to people, and aren’t afraid of hearing “no,” this could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospects (not on a dialer—you're driving the process)
- Qualify leads by asking smart questions and identifying key decision-makers
- Work in client CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, or Saleslogic
- Support one or two assigned clients depending on their needs
- Research companies, industries, and contacts to personalize your outreach
- Log calls, take detailed notes, and track all activity accurately in CRM systems
- Present company services confidently and clearly—help create solutions that match each prospect’s needs
- Help build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong verbal communication skills—you’re engaging, energetic, and professional
- Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling objections
- Quick learner with the ability to retain product and industry knowledge
- Experience upselling or handling customer objections is a big plus (retail or car sales experience welcome!)
- Organized and self-motivated with great attention to detail
Bonus Points For:
