Project Manager – Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering manufacturing projects and new product launches within schedule, budget, and scope. This role involves developing project schedules, identifying constraints, and ensuring seamless communication across departments such as R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and QA.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Driving continuous improvement and implementing PMO best practices.
• Monitoring key performance metrics and reporting on project success.
• Mentoring team members and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Supporting strategic engineering and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SolidWorks PDM/PLM, and Minitab.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
